MACHINE STRETCHFILM
This type of film is where the quality really counts. The price per Tonne becomes part of an equation, and the true cost is the unit cost per pallet wrapped. We offer films which are made from high quality LLDPE, 5 layers and metallocene resins, which can reduce costs and satisfy Packaging waste regulations simply by offering higher yields.
We handle films which are designed to be used on Core Brake Machinery through to High Speed Fully Automatic lines where tolerances and quality are paramount. Years of experience has allowed us to be able to fine tune your machinery to suit the film and your application to make your pallet wrapping as cost effective as possible without sacrificing the load stability.
HAND FILM
This high quality product can be offered in both Cast and Blown manufacture. We only deal with high quality manufacturers which mean that the specification you order is the specification you receive. Available in 400mm and 500mm width, standard or extended core in all thicknesses. 15, 17, 20, 23, 35 micron. We can offer bulk packed pallets where we can remove the cost of the box from the price per roll, however if you prefer the boxed method then this can also be accommodated.
NARROW WIDTH FILMS
More and more, the market is looking for non-standard sizes in wrapping films. We specialise in this type of film offering any width of film from 50mm upto 1000mm. We convert on highly accurate machinery which works to low tolerances resulting in a high quality wind profile allowing all of the film on the roll to be used. We can offer 15 my through to 70 my thickness.
VCI STRETCHFILM
A highly specialised film which is designed to prevent corrosion damage to Metal products. This film can be machine or hand applied depending on the requirements. We also offer mini reels for banding of products like pipes and extrusions which need protection from rust etc
PRE-STRETCHED FILM
This film is a high performance stretchfilm which is Pre-Stretched to allow Core Brake machinery to show the same yield savings as Power Pre Stretch units. The film is Pre-Stretched upto 200% which allows a reduction in the amount of film applied to the pallet which means a reduction in cost.
The product is available in 8 & 10 micron thickness designed to cater for light and medium weight loads. Evo-prestretch is available in hand and machine rolls depending on the application.
BANDING FILM
A recent innovation in the packaging industry is the Banding machine which applies 2 or 3 bands of film to a pallet instead of wrapping the whole module. If your application does not need total wrapping but needs pallet stability and a stable face to apply labels this may be a cost effective method of achieving that. This type of machinery requires a special film which is a blend of two types of polyethylene. We have developed this film with this application in mind.
Available in 30 – 80 micron thickness and 200 – 500mm wide.
